Club H2O - A busy term - Update 1

Pictured above, the group are hanging on every word from Bill Leech of Oban’s War & Peace Museum. Bill is reminding members what a typical war-time ration was.
In response, 100 year-old Annie recalled how awful the powdered egg was !
Speakers are very popular at the Club, and regular visits from local organizations mean our housebound members can keep in touch with what’s happening in the town.

Club H2O is a Christian initiative which brings together active senior citizens and pupils from Oban High School. We meet at The Well every Thursday from 2 to 3.30pm with a varied programme of speakers and activities throughout the year. Volunteer drivers provide a lift for anyone who doesn’t have access to transport, and our team of willing helpers provide tea and home baking as well as a friendly face and a warm welcome.
Club H2O is always happy to welcome new members.
We are also looking for volunteer helpers and drivers, so that we can expand the Club.
Helpers come from 1.30 – 3.30pm )
Drivers 1.45 – 2pm and 3.30 – 3.45pm ) Every Thursday
